Training Workshops
. Our workshops are carefully designed to develop practical skills so that you can go back into your workplace and apply what you have        learned. You can expect to engage in role plays and other participative learning exercises, and you will be provided with a comprehensive training manual.

Tailored In-house Training. We offer a number of workshops that are designed to take a team on a journey together. Whether it is clarifying strategic direction,        understanding how the strategy is implemented in practice or managing a significant change.

Executive Coaching. Not for the faint-hearted, our unique approach to executive coaching involves using 360-degree feedback and individual questionnaires to        objectively assess participants’ performance as a leader. We then work on a one-to-one basis to plan and implement improvements.

Consultancy. Our team members are experts in HR Management, Organisation Development, Business & Financial Management, Corporate Governance and        Marketing & Communications, so we’re able to offer a great range of solutions, whatever your problem.

Capacity Building for Development Professionals. We believe in equipping the people who are tasked with leadership and organisation development.        Whether that’s HR professionals, consultancy organisations, or the many NGOs who carry out capacity building with partners.
