Alison Dillon Kibirige

Alison has an international reputation as a Corporate Governance specialist. She provides support to a wide range of clients internationally and is particularly expert in governance models that work in Africa & the Middle East. Previously she headed up the Corporate Secretarial Departments of Unilever plc, Barclays plc and SmithKline Beecham plc.  Alison is a Fellow of and advisor to ICSA International (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and is a qualified UK solicitor.

Edith Kasekende

Edith Kasekende is a Senior Human Capital Consultant at The Leadership Team. She has more than 14 years’ experience in developing HR policy as well as executing HR operations, employee engagement and performance management strategies and tactical human capital business partnering with leadership. Prior to working with The Leadership Team, Edith was the Human Resources Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Uganda. She has Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science and an Masters of an MBA from Makerere University and Makerere University Business School respectively. She is also a certified SHL International Assessor for Psychometric Personality Testing.

Caroline Mboijana

Caroline is the Managing Director of the Leadership Team Uganda. She has over 10 years experience in front line and strategic Human Resources Management. Her most recent role prior to joining the Leadership Team, was Human Resources Manager/ Specialist with John Snow Inc., an international NGOs operating in the Sub Saharan region.  Caroline holds an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, UK, and a B.Sc. in Computer and Business Studies from Brunel University, UK.

Christine Orono

Christine has over 20 years of strategic and operational human resource experience much of which was acquired during her long tenure with a major international bank. She is an accredited trainer and facilitator as well as an internationally accredited Job & Career Development / Transition Coach and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is a member of the Institute of HR Management (IHRM) in Kenya.

John Karionji

John Karionji is The Leadership Team’s Executive Coach and Senior Consultant. John has spent more than 25 years in senior managerial positions with different companies where he has sustained a track record of significantly improving the companies’ performances within a relatively short time period. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer ICEA General (U) Ltd and also doubles as the Executive Director of the ICEA Asset Management Company. John is a Bachelor of Commerce (Insurance option) graduate with Honours of the University of Nairobi, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching, a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching, as well as various International Certificates in Management, Leadership and Insurance.

Anisha Alinda

Anisha Alinda is the Finance and Administration Officer at The Leadership Team. She is a young professional enthusiastic about building a career focused on socio-economic development; and expertise through exposure to new ideas and opportunities. Anisha graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Makerere University and is currently undertaking a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Planning.

Philippa Forsyth

Philippa is the founder of The Leadership Team. She has worked for 25 years in organisation and leadership development for businesses and NGOs in an international context. Philippa is a graduate of Oxford University, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and holds a licence for psychometric testing from the British Psychological Society.

Richard Wood

Richard Wood has over 23 years experience, including nine as a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ advisory group in Africa Central. His particular area of expertise is providing financial advisory services in a broad range of sectors including FMCG, energy, transport, telecommunications, water, financial services and banking. Richard is a graduate of Cambridge University and is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant.

Francis Kintu

Francis Kintu is an Associate Consultant at The Leadership Team and an experienced Human Resource Specialist with over 7 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in strategic planning, performance management, recruitment and retention, change management, HR administration and research. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, Kampala; Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Uganda Management Institute; Balanced Scorecard Professional Certificate from the Balanced Scorecard Institute, (USA); Hay Job Evaluator Training from Hay group, (South Africa).

Amanda Wade

Amanda is a fully qualified fellow member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (UK).  She has a wealth of experience at a senior management level in internal audit, risk management, corporate governance and compliance and has worked at a senior management level with blue chip companies.  She has extensive knowledge of the retail financial services industry, NGOs and East African businesses and has delivered risk advice, assurance and solutions for a wide range of complex projects and provided management consultancy and training.
