Philippa is the founder of The Leadership Team. She has worked for 25 years in organisation and leadership development for businesses and NGOs in an international context. Philippa is a graduate of Oxford University, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and holds a licence for psychometric testing from the British Psychological Society.
Caroline is the Managing Director of the Leadership Team Uganda. She has over 10 years experience in front line and strategic Human Resources Management. Her most recent role prior to joining the Leadership Team, was Human Resources Manager/ Specialist with John Snow Inc., an international NGOs operating in the Sub Saharan region. Caroline holds an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, UK, and a B.Sc. in Computer and Business Studies from Brunel University, UK.
Edith Nsubuga - Kasekende is a Senior Human Capital Consultant at The Leadership Team. She has more than 14 years’ experience in developing HR policy as well as executing HR operations, employee engagement and performance management strategies and tactical human capital business partnering with leadership. Prior to working with The Leadership Team, Edith was the Human Resources Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Uganda. She has Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science and an Masters of an MBA from Makerere University and Makerere University Business School respectively. She is also a certified SHL International Assessor for Psychometric Personality Testing.
Monica Tibwitta has worked with several multinational organisations including Airtel Zambia, Zain Bahrain – Middle East, Zain Nigeria, Celtel International Netherlands, Coca-Cola SABCO – Uganda, and The Coca-Cola Company – Kenya in various fields such as Supply Chain, Procurement Management: Category – Marketing, Devices & General Services, Quality Systems and Production. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Distinction in Dissertation: Improving Mobile Telecom Procurement Systems from Warwick Business School (UK), Purchasing and Supply Management from the University of South Africa and Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds. (UK). Monica draws from her wide experience to support individuals seeking to grow in the different fields.
Francis Kintu is an Associate Consultant at The Leadership Team and an experienced Human Resource Specialist with over 7 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in strategic planning, performance management, recruitment and retention, change management, HR administration and research. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, Kampala; Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Uganda Management Institute; Balanced Scorecard Professional Certificate from the Balanced Scorecard Institute, (USA); Hay Job Evaluator Training from Hay group, (South Africa).
Victoria is the Finance and Administrative Assistant at The Leadership Team. She is a young graduate seeking to build her career in Finance and Administration. Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, specialising in Finance. Victoria’s strength is being highly organised, a strong planner and the willingness to learn. She previously worked with an Manufacturing SME where she was part of a team that played a vital role in providing efficient accounting services to both internal and external clients.
Ednar is a Senior Business Development Consultant with over 16 years’ experience in Leadership and Organisational Development at an Executive level in the East Africa region and in the United Kingdom. She has a strong track record of improving organisational systems, financial management, strategic planning and staff development. Prior to joining The Leadership Team, Ednar was the Executive Director for Fields of Life East Africa Regional Office; and before that was the Finance & Administration Manager for Fields of Life, Uganda. Ednar holds an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern and Southern Africa Institute (ESAMI) in Arusha and holds diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA) in UK, up to and including the strategic level.
Pearl is the Project Coordinator at The Leadership Team. She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from Kyambogo University, Kampala, Uganda. She has undergone professional trainings in Uganda, Ghana and Hungary, which include Project Planning and Management. Prior to joining The Leadership Team, she was a Program Officer at the Africa Centre for Energy and Mineral Policy where she was charged with training and building the capacities of the organization’s partners as well as promoting best practices and standards in the sector. Pearl was also part of the technical field support team responsible for addressing technical issues and undertaking stakeholder engagements. She has over 5 years of experience in capacity building and training, project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement as well as research and documentation.
